Caribou Coffee Company will open a hybrid coffee shop with Einstein Bros. Bagels in the news Wells Fargo[2] towers in downtown Minneapolis.
The shop will open next fall in the tower nearest to U.S. Bank Stadium, Caribou spokeswoman Bri Bauer[3] said in an e-mail.
Caribou’s parent, JAB Holding Co., bought Einstein Noah Restaurant Group last year. Since then, Brooklyn Center-based Caribou has been teaming with Einstein on hybrid shops across the country.[5][6]
The two companies have opened 19 co-branded shops and are planning to open 60 in 2016, Bauer said.
